We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to support delivery of a large-scale government digital transformation initiative focused on service design, user research, and business discovery.

This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, service design, and cross-functional coordination, supporting a multi-disciplinary team working across complex business functions and user groups.

We’re looking for someone with a min of 4+ years of project management experience and ideally experience working in consulting or client-service environments, where managing multiple stakeholders, ambiguity, and evolving requirements is part of the day-to-day. PMP designation is considered a strong asset.

Those with experience working with government clients and/or managing Service Design projects are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll ensure deliverables are coordinated, risks are identified early, and work moves forward in a structured, thoughtful way, all while keeping both the team and client aligned.
